Lectors:
The Liturgy of the Word is a principal element of the Mass. Lectors play a key role in proclaiming the readings from Scripture to the congregation. They also announce the intentions for the general intercessions and, in the absence of the cantor of the psalms, read the psalm between the readings.
As a Lector, you are called to be a communicator and a story teller of the richness of God's love for His people.
